North County Ford Invests in the Future of Vista Students

At North County Ford, we believe the future of our community begins with investing in the next generation.

Throughout the past month, our team has proudly partnered with local Vista schools, including General Murray High School, to give students a firsthand look at the career opportunities available within the automotive industry and the professional world.

During the program, students toured the dealership, connected with members of our team and learned about the different departments that keep North County Ford moving. From automotive service and parts to sales, management and marketing, students were introduced to career paths they may not have previously considered.

Our goal was to show every student that there is no single path to a successful future. Whether they choose to attend college, learn a trade or enter the workforce after graduation, there are meaningful opportunities waiting for those who are ready to learn and work toward their goals.

Over the course of the month, students gained practical knowledge, real-world insight and encouragement from professionals working throughout the dealership. More importantly, they had the opportunity to ask questions, explore new possibilities and begin imagining what their own futures could look like.
